He is survived by: his wife Linda Hays Theriot; his brother Austin (Toni) of Pearland; his children, Kevin Theriot (Wendy) of Dickinson, Bill Theriot (Cathy) of Pearland, Anthony Theriot (Angela) of Houston and Tina Oskin (Mark) of Clinton, Washington; and his grandchildren, Kevin Jr. (Shana), Andrew, Christy, Nicholas (Kelly), Brittni (Dominic), Serena (Austin), Sky and Dylan. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be sent to St Pius V Food Bank, Houston Hospice or to an Alzheimer's fighting organization.
