He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Wilmer Lewis and Annie Lee Ray Lewis. He is survived by: his daughters, Judith Elaine and Karen Ann; his wife Grace Marise Darden Lewis; his children, Richard Shore, Ted Dalton, Stephen and Tamara Lewis; his grandchildren, Ryan and Joni Shore; his children, Brent, Michelle Shore, Joshua Ray Lewis, Jaimeson, Daniel Kelley, Mylle, Tate and Nick Lipscomb; his great grandchildren, Braddock Ray Lewis, Jackson, Blaine Shore, Gibson, Everett Whigham, Winston, Wren Lipscomb, Easton and Holden Kelley; and his brother Rodger (Barbara Lewis).
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church Building Fund.
