He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl James Baker Sr. and Gladys Mills Baker; and his brother Frank Baker. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Baker; and his children, Linda Osburn (Kerry), Earl "Bubba" J. Baker III and Charles Baker (Sara). He is also survived by grandchildren and five great grandchildren as well as many other relatives and lifelong friends.
