He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Smith and Jean Smith of Cleveland, Texas.; and his brother David Smith. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his daughters, Kayla House (Zach) and Stephanie Smith; his grandsons, Brady and Westin House; and his sister Jackie Fisher. He is also survived by father in-law and all of his sister and brother in-laws as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
