He is survived by: his wife Betty June Tade; his brother Leroy Tade; his children, Sherrie Williams (Dennis) and DeWayne Tade; his granddaughters, Amanda Piggott (Jarrett) and Ashley Williams (Calvin Riggs); and his great grandchildren, Lorelai and Berkleigh Piggott.
