He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willis Louis, Dovie Lee Johnson, Ethel and Baker; his parents, Virgina "Tribo" Ruthart and Leroy Briand Baker; and his aunt Faye Watkins.
He is survived by: his uncle Wayne Johnson; his cousins, Dennis Watkins and Mike Sorrels; his daughters, Bethany McGuyer Williams (Michael) and Jami Chrystine Comstock; his siblings, Russell Ruthart, Shonda and Carissa Hardeman (Adrian); and his grandchildren, Chloe McGuyer, Roy Briand Baker Blacketer and Rebel Blaze Blacketer. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
