He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy E. Halliday, Sr. and Helen Binnion Halliday; and his brother Mike Halliday. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Deanna Halliday; his wife Deanna Halliday; his sons, Jeffery Halliday, Sr. and Richard Scott Halliday (Danae); his grandchildren, Jeffery Halliday, Jr., Ashley Shugart (Corey), Brandon Halliday and Dylan Halliday; and his sister-in-law Gay Halliday. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
