It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Dugan of Paradise, Texas, born in Electra, Texas, who passed away on March 20, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Lee Dugan and Bobbie Jean Saucier (Cox); and his brothers, Jerry Glen and Ronnie Lee Dugan. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kay Dugan (Withey); his children, Jimmy Lee Isaacs (Ashton Swaim), Stacy Michelle Rowan (Grayson) and Kristie Kay Isaacs; his sisters, Mary Ann Dugan and Brenda Jean Caraway (Doc); his grandchildren, Whitney Green (Caelan), Jacoby, Jarrett, Jake, Blaine Isaacs, Jace, Bryson, Miley Rowan, Emalie, Carlie, Chelsie, Jacob Johnson, Jimmie Anderson and Lillie Bartee; his great grandchild James Johnson; his daughter-in-law Lacy Jackson; and his friends, Cody Deaton and Curtis Plumley.
