He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Foy and Fay Brown (Klein). He is survived by: his children, Robert, Wayne Brown and Shirley Brown; his sisters, Carolyn England and Rhonda Brown Edwards; and his grandchildren, Arik Brown, Pat Brown, Leah Drake, Cassidi Lambert, Dylan Collins, Ty Brown and Cougar Brown. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
