He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Frazier; his children, Patti Carpenter (Steve) of Pampa and Tim Proctor (Staci) of Pampa; his grandchildren, Mark Carpenter (Kaylee) of Keller, Brenden Carpenter (Adriana) of Las Vegas, Paxton Proctor of Wichita Falls, Kari Terrell of Lubbock and Lindsey Terrell of Pampa; his great grandchildren, Kiarra Terrell of Arlington, Kayces Brown of Houston, Kyson Wine of Pampa, Claire Carpenter of Keller, Ruby Jean Carpenter of Keller, Wyatt Carpenter of Keller and Jackson Carpenter of Las Vegas, Nevada; his great great grandchildren, Ke'Mauri Brown and Kinsley Brown of Houston; and his brother Joseph Proctor (Sharon) of Milan, Illinois. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
