It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Horton-Meeks of Pampa, Texas, who passed away on October 31, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Eugene and Shannon Ann Horton; and her brother Michael Horton. She is survived by: her children, Pete Perez of Lubbock, Patricia Ramirez of Florida, Deana Vargas of Mineral Wells and Josue Vargas of Texas; and her siblings, Jerry Horton (Carla) of Panhandle and Sherry Bolch (Jack Farris) of Pampa. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
