He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Blaylock and Florence Himes Blaylock. He is survived by: his wife Faye Blaylock; his children, Shawn Blaylock, Robert Blaylock, Jasen Blaylock and Cristie Patla (Joseph); and his siblings, William "Bill" Blaylock and Ann Stewart. He is also survived by grandchildren, two precious great-grandchildren, and numerous other family members and friends.
