He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Peet and Willie Mae Peet; and his siblings, John Peet, Lancy Nixon and Olita Simmons.
He is survived by: his wife Carey Peet; his children, Coleen LaFleur (Rodrick) and John Peet; his grandchildren, Sheldon LaFleur (Brooke), Payton LaFleur and Dallas Grimes; his great grandchildren, Hadley LaFleur and Avery O'Brien; his sisters, Cora Lilley, Sue Williamson and Delores Stewart; and his friend Bob Buxton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
