It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Wallace Daugereaux of Orange, Texas, born in Elton, Louisiana, who passed away on March 26, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Daugereaux and Mary Addie Benoit Daugereaux; his wife Elizabeth "Beth" Ann Daugereaux; his daughter Lahoma Daugereaux; his brother Eckard George Daugereau; his daughter-in-law Mildred Loriene "Millie" Pentecost; and his granddaughter Bethany Brooke Pentecost Ray.
He is survived by: his children, Chance Arlen Daugereaux, Sr. of Texas City, Robert Jason Daugereaux (Kerry) of Barbers Hill, Ricky Lynn Pentecost (Jamey) of Colmesneil, Bobby Wayne Penetecost of Colmesneil, Michael Kent Pentecost of Colmesneil and Sharon Joyce Pentecost of Orange; his brother James Ray Daugereau of Lake Charles, LA; and his grandchildren, Torri Michelle Russell (Jerimy), Karen Lynn Landry (Shane), Kevin Wayne Pentecost (Mindy), Samuel Blake Pentecost (Melissa), Erica Paige Buchholz (Zach), Richard Keith Pentecost, Ashley Summer Campbell (Robby), Rebecca Ann Pentecost, Johnathon Hunter Kent LeBlanc, Chance Arlen Daugereaux Jr., Misty Lynn Campos (Will), Cody Allen Daugereaux and Jason Alex Daugereaux. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; and 7 great-great grandchildren.
