It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank William Skeeler of Orange, Texas, who passed away on February 22, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew J. Skeeler and Esther Pettway-Skeeler; and his brother John M. Skeeler. He is survived by: his sister Karrell Dianna Skeeler-Harris (Harry Harris, Jr.) of Bandera. He is also survived by numerous cousins & lifelong friends.
