He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Ezekial Smith and Belva Lois Quebodeaux Smith; and his brother Ross Richard Smith. He is survived by: his wife Heather Smith; his brothers, Keith Smith (Rebecca Taylor) and Curtis Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Landon Smith, Lauren Smith, Jeremy Smith and Jessica Smith. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
