He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Fair (Clark) and Arvil Fair; and his siblings, Dorothy Rucka and Harold Fair. He is survived by: his girlfriend Connie LeBlanc; his daughters, Jeannine Peveto and April Gault (Michael); his grandchildren, Shantel Crochet (Dru) and Seth Peveto; his great grandchildren, Keegan and Kymbree Crochet; and his sisters, Ruth Armstreet and Sylvia Owens (John). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
