He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Phillips and Lucille Phillips; and his siblings, Arthur Lee, Marion Phillips, Juanita Phillips, Mozelle Phillips and Mary Ann Hodckinson.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Phillips; his children, Jody Broussard, Wade Phillips (Theresa) and Curt Leger (Jodie); his grandchildren, Jared Broussard (Becca), Taylor Phillips, Caeden Broussard (Torre), Madison Benedict (Logon) and Lauren Bearden (Michael); his great grandchildren, Jessica, Eleanor, Brantley Broussard, Lane Benedict, Clifton Broussard and Brooks Bearden; and his siblings, Betty Bell and Tommy Phillips.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church Orange Missions Office, in memory of Charlie Phillips.
