With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Jean Comeaux of Orange, Texas, born in Kinder, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 18, 2024 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Pelican and Mary Pelican (Fontenot); her husband Francis Comeaux, Sr.; her granddaughter Rachel Comeaux; and her siblings, Alice Sharp and Matthew Pelican.
She is survived by: her children, James Comeaux (Darcy), Frank Comeaux Jr. (Jill), Mike Comeaux (Monica) and Lisa Jones (Steve Shaw). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and numerous other loving family members and friends.
