Cuellar; and his children, Rafael Cuellar Jr. of Odessa, Rita Prickrell of Gardland, TX, Rosario Fly of Abilene, TX, Teri Acosta of Rowlet, TX, Juan Cuellar of Odessa and Cecilia Cuerllar of Odessa. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren.
