He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Witcher and Oleta Witcher; his brother Jim Witcher; and his sister-in-law Kathy. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his sons, Rex Brown (Misty), Rip Brown (Rebecca), Butch Witcher (Mary McCormic), Ray Brown (Rachel) and Reid Witcher; and his sister Bennie Choate (Bill). He is also survived by his family, friends.
He had a passion for charity work and dedicated much of his time to various charitable organizations, including Hospice of Odessa, Meals on Wheels, and CASA.
