He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Tyler; his wife Debbie Tyler; his father Thomas C. Tyler; his brothers, Johnny L. Tyler and Tom C. Tyler; and his grandson Liam R. Peevy.

He is survived by: his sister Vicki Reeves; his daughters, Stephanie Frady (Tommy Frady) and Melissa Peevy; and his grandchildren, Sayde Peevy, Melody Frady, Hailey Peevy, Hannah Frady and Elena Frady.
