We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2024, at the age of 72, Arthur Dennis Rankin of Odessa, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Arthur Dennis may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Arthur Dennis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Granville Rankin and Betty Carlene Johnson. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Rankin; his son Jeremy Rankin; his stepdaughter Patricia Gibson; and his siblings, Bert Rankin (Cindy) and Jane Beavers (Steve). He is also survived by ses four nephews, five nieces, and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews.
