He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Welfel and Helen Culak Welfel. He is survived by: his wife Beth Welfel; his daughter Tammy Fisher-Lloyd (Norman); his grandsons, Devin (Kaitlyn) and Jaden; and his siblings, Kenneth Welfel (Helen), Calvin Welfel (Debbie) and Carolyn Schoener (Norman).
