It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Crawford of New Braunfels, Texas, born in Streetman, Texas, who passed away on March 30, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Nora Eva Crawford; his wife Peggy Crawford; and his siblings, Eva Hood, Nolan Crawford, Newburn Crawford, Ted Crawford, Essie Cox and Erma Grantham.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gayla Kallus (Bill) of Spring, Texas and Carla Testa (Vincent) of New Braunfels, Texas; his grandchild Shawn Pringle (Amy) of Spring, Texas; and his daughters, Charlie Pringle of Spring, Texas and Valerie Shumate (James) of Spring, Texas. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
