He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Pearl Baxter; his parents, Holloway Sanders Baxter (Jock) and Edith Littlejohn Baxter; his great grandchildren, Levi Morse, Michael Brawley and Brendon Brawley; and his nephews, David Baxter, Jimmy Baxter, Jackie Baxter and Shane Bowen.
He is survived by: his siblings, Elick Baxter of Tool, TX, James Baxter of Spout Springs, VA, Ray Baxter of Orlando Fl and Pam Bowen of Mabank, TX.; and his children, Edward Baxter, Jeanell Morse (Rodney) and Tammy Stewart (Dave). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
