He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Rials; and his granddaughter Sabrina Prall. He is survived by: his siblings, Phyllis Canup and Alan Rials; his children, Edward, Mike, Cecil Rials, Kimberly Martin and Susan Kuster; and his grandchildren, Lesley Napper, Lindsey Rials, Jeremy Rials, Melissa Rials, Lisa Rials, Rachael Rials, Natalie Rials Losoya, Parker Rials, Justin Baldwin, Brittany Baldwin, Samantha Waliguru and Sean Prall. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
