He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Vera Clark Fisher and Melvin Reed Fisher; his wife Melba LaDonna Morgan; his grandson Jared Brandon; and his son-in-law Larry Phillips.

He is survived by: his children, Rex (Mona), Sue Fisher Philips and Donnice Fisher Brandon (John); his grandchildren, Damon Fisher, Michael Barron (Veronica), Bobby Barron (Jo), Adam Brandon (Emily) and Ricky Barron (Crystal); and his great grandchildren, Kenzie Barron, Savannah Barron, Calli Barron, Charlotte Brandon, Kate Brandon and Addison Barron. He is also survived by his family and friends.
