She was predeceased by: her parents, Fritz Carl and Hulda Wiese Goessler; and her husband Mace Henderson Meekins. She is survived by: her sons, Cecil Meekins (Melissa) of Brenham and Danny Meekins (Brenda) of Navasota; and her brother Hilbert Goessler (Lena Mae) of Brenham. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
