She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward M. Waggoner and Esther Dorlene Thacker Waggoner. She is survived by: her husband Albert Botkin; and her children, David Botkin, Pam Allen and Sherry Honig (Stuart). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
