He is survived by: his children, Becky Hurst of Nacogdoches, Ralph Ballard of Nacogdoches and Darrell Ballard (Robin) of Loveland, Colorado; his grandchildren, Ian Ballard (Kelcie), Regina Acosta (Jason), Clay Hardeman and Eryn Ballard; and his great grandchildren, Sydney Acosta, Gavin Acosta and Juniper Ballard.
