He was predeceased by: his parents, Barnie Kelley and Velma Kelley (Harris); his brother J. C. Kelley; and his brothers-in-law, Buster Wooten, Tom Jesko and James Priest.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Priest; his daughters, Zandy Bunch (Clint) of Clovis, NM and LaShauna Kelley-James of Clovis, NM; his siblings, Leon Kelley (Latitia) of Clovis, NM and Phyllis Wooten of Portales, NM; his sister-in-law Lynda Teakell of Corsicana, TX; and his grandchildren, Logan Potts (Whitney), Abbie Fails (Jon) and Savanna Hawkins (Gunar). He is also survived by 4 great-granddaughters; 4 great-grandsons; his brother, and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
