With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willetta Jean Tekell (Mount Calm, Texas), born in Hubbard, Texas, who passed away on August 16, 2019 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Hawkins and Allie Hawkins (Good); and her sister Bobbye Sue Finley (Billy Wayne Tekell). She is survived by: her husband Billy Wayne Tekell; her children, Lynn Tekell (Vivian) of West, Patti Tekell of Mount Calm, Penny Dulock (Steven) of Mount Calm and Doug Tekell (Aimee) of Roanoke; her siblings, Billie Joyce Dunlap of Mount Calm and Mike Hawkins (Margaret) of Mount Calm; her brother-in-law Bud Finley of Tyler; her grandchildren, Cory Tekell (Kristi) of Crawford, Brittney Duffy (Mike) of Houston, Mallory Tekell, Cody Jones of Tours, Brooke Jaster (Jim Bob) of Waco, Matt Dulock (Lauren) of New Braunfels, Landree of Roanoke, Rylee of Roanoke and Kinsler Tekell of Roanoke; her great grandchildren, Jack, Ivy Duffy of Houston, Carston, Cooper Jones of Tours, Hayes, Barrett, Reed Jaster of Waco, Rylan and Maddy Dulock of New Braunfels; and also, Cory Tekell, Matt Dulock and Kinsler Tekell. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and other extended family members and friends.
