He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Henry and Sherma Sue Hachtel Tettleton; his wife Diana; and his siblings, Toni and Keith.
He is survived by: his children, Mathew Tettleton, Jamie Tettleton (Harley Trompeter) and Tavia Turner (Randy); his siblings, Pam Cross (David) and Steve Tettleton; and his great grandchild Michael Self. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
