He is survived by: his wife Rosa Medrano Villarreal; his children, Jesus Maria Medrano, Norma Elsa Medrano, Homero Medrano Jr. and Rosita Yanneth Medrano; and his siblings, Domitila Medrano, Humberto Medrano, Estella Medrano, Hilda Mariscal, Doroteo Medrano and Ninfa Mariscal.
