He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret; his parents, Leslie Cooper and Hazel Cooper (Bias); and his brother Lloyd Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Patricia (Greg Bowers) of Midlothian, Sarah Ranea (Mike Elliott) of Maypearl and James Leslie (Donie Cooper) of Crowley, Texas; and his grandchildren, Cody, Tonya, Leah, Michael, James, Emily, Thomas, Chelsey, Taylor, Clayton, Angelica, Jake and Amileah. He is also survived by 21 Great-grandchildren.
