William Gates Obituary

Surrounded by his wife, and son's, Passed away and entered into heaven's gates and into the loving arms of Jesus on Sunday, 9/22/24, and his wish was to be cremated.

He was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. He loved his family and enjoyed watching movies, And just spending time with his family. He met the love of his life, Tonya At Lowe's Home Improvement in 1997 and married 5/28/98. He was extremely proud of his sons and everything they have accomplished, Hobbies were playing guitar, listening to Christian music, annoying his wife with rock and roll music, Especially with Stevie Ray Vaughn,,,, haha Graduated from Teen Challenge, There he learned about Jesus, and, also learned NO! cotton fields was not SNOW. HA-HA! He is preceded in death by his mother, Theda Gates. He is survived by wife, Tonya Gates from Midland, Son's, Jonathan (John) Gates and Joshua Gates from Midland. Memorial Service will be announced at a later time.

The family would like to express their gratitude towards everyone who donated, sent prayers, texts, calls, and brought food.
