He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Gail Shuler (Waits); and his grandparents, Gene, Francis Waits, Ernest and Betty Shuler.

He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Rhonda, Jay, Becky, Gene and Sandy. He is also survived by several cousins, friends.
