He was predeceased by: his parents, Wylie Mangum and Lillian Mangum; and his brother Charles Mangum. He is survived by: his close friend Joan Williams; his children, Michelle Karl (Kevin), Kelly Wayne Mangum (Mistie) and April Hughes (Kevin); his grandchildren, Brittany Lynn Mangum, Hannah Karl, Cole Joseph Mangum, Jordan Lynn Frasier, Tyler Wayne Hughes and Kennedy Alexis Hughes; and his great grandchild Charlee Jo Frasier.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Mesquite Veterans Memorial Fund.
