He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Mayhall and Evelyn Mayhall; and his brothers, Jody Mayhall (Mayhall) and Jon Mayhall. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Dewitt; his brothers, Jeff Mayhall (Camille) and Jamie Mayhall (Jane); his daughters, Jamie Hill (Beau) and Jennifer Hunter (Brady); his grandchild Harper; and his children, Jill Williams and Justin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
