She was predeceased by: her parents, E. V. Pennington and Inez Crews Pennington; her husband William "Lee" Phillips; her children, William Leitus Phillips and Gay Nell Hennig; her sister Dorothy; her brother-in-law Jesse Ball; her sister Frances; and her brother-in-law Richard Pollock.
She is survived by: her son Roger Phillips of Garland; and her son-in-law Larry Hennig of Rowlett. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
