She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Edward Hans; her parents, Arthur Orin Newman and Ora Adolene Newman; her siblings, Arthur Orin Newman, Jr. (Buddy) and Janet Newman Smith; and her daughter Catherine Ann Hans Newman.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Charlotte Ponder, Rachel Ponder Hopkins, Jackson Ponder, Elizabeth Hans Bou and Ashleigh Hans Johnston; and her great grandchild Cameron Elaine.
