He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ruth Julien (Givens); and his siblings, Stacie Kaye Elrod (Givens) and Michael Chad Givens. He is survived by: his father Gordon H. Givens of Fairview; his stepdaughter Courtney Autumn Merritt (Kevin); his stepgrandchildren, Charity, Madison and Rae Lynn; his stepson Bennie William Wasson III; his nephew Kirk Brandon McKenna (Elizabeth); his great-niece Ella; his great-nephew Elliott; his nieces, Jordan Mari Givens and Paige Lee Givens; and also, Jesse Edward Smith, Jayce Elijah Givens, Dallas Michael Givens and Ezekiel Isaiah Delarosa.
