He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordan Adams and Frances Allyne Coppedge; and his siblings, Betty Mims, David Adams and Van Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen Adams of McKinney, Texas; his sons, Timothy Adams of McKinney, Texas and Chris Adams (Amy Parnin); his grandchildren, Katlyn, Austin, Lily DeHaan, Ian Adams and Aidan Adams; and his brothers, John Adams of Tennessee and Paul Adams of Godley.
