It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Elaine Banke of McKinney, Texas, born in McMinnville, Oregon, who passed away on February 23, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Derek Banke; her father Roscoe Gutbrod; and her grandchildren, Jordan, Lukas (Joshua), Heidi, Autumn (Ryan), Camilla and James (Trevor).
She is survived by: her mother Marjorie Gutbrod; her brother Peter Gutbrod; her sister-in-law Darlene Gutbrod (Gary); and her nieces and nephews, Joshua of Ridgefield, WA, Ryan of Chester, VA and Trevor of Aubrey, TX.
Viewing will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Macy & Son Funeral Home (135 NE Evans St, McMinnville, OR 97128). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Awaken Church (655 OR-99W, McMinnville, OR 97128).
In lieu of flowers, the family would be honored with donations to local food pantries and the See Ya Later Foundation.
