She was predeceased by: her parents, Jayasiri Athulathmudali and Wimala Liyanarachchi. She is survived by: her husband Lanil Thirimadura of Dallas, Texas; her son Kaveesha Thirimadura of Dallas, Texas; her siblings, Ruwani Athulathmudali of Sri Lanka, Ajith Athulathmudali of New Zealand and Aruna Athulathmudali of Sri Lanka; her mother-in-law Mendis of Sri Lanka; and her siblings-in-law, Nimal Medis of Sri Lanka, Sunil Medis of Sri Lanka and Janani Mendis of Australia.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Turrentine-Jackson & Morrow - McKinney / Allen / Plano (2525 N Central Expy, Allen, TX 75013). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel (2525 N Central Expy, Allen, TX 75013).
