He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence and Mildred; his daughter Rachel White; and his sister Kathy Jennings. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Victor; his children, Darrin Holloway, Donnie Victor (Kimberly), Jena Johnson (Gene) and Lisa Victor; and his grandchildren, Larissa DeBlanc, Jordan Johnson, Crystal Ballin, Keana Ratliff, Kayla Womack, Jhonathan White and Makenzie White.
