He was predeceased by: his father Margarito Medrano Jr.; and his brother Fred Medrano. He is survived by: his mother Madalena G. Medrano Jr.; his wife Sylvia Medrano; his children, Marivel Olivarez (David), Casey Medrano (Melinda), Andrew Medrano and Christopher Medrano; and his siblings, Norma Saldivar (Manuel) and Ted Medrano (Minerva). He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren.
