He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Ratliff and Gladys Ratliff; and his brother Randall Ratliff. He is survived by: his wife Judy Polk; his children, Michelle Kilgo (Todd) and Scott Ratliff (Vickie); his grandchildren, Tyler Hammond (Lacee), Hunter Kilgo, Kyndi Kilgo, Courtney Moursund (Stephen), Rocky Gage and Kelsie Ratliff; and his great grandchildren, Madison Moursund, Morgan Moursund and Trig Hammond. He is also survived by his daughter, son, 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren a niece, several nephews and a brother.
