Thelma Rand Fennoy Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma Rand Fennoy (Marshall, Texas), who passed away on December 30, 2018 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mote Rand and Idella Lockett Rand; her children, Ilene (Daulton J. Lewis) and David Jr (Monique Mitchell Fennoy); her granddaughters, Lee Danielle Fennoy Howell and Ilene Castille Lewis; and her great grandchild Zidane Alford David Howell. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, as well as many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests direct donations to American Diabetes Association, Southern Poverty Law Center, or United Negro College Fund.
